376.989. Neither the participation in the pool as members, theestablishment of rates, forms or procedures, nor any other joint orcollective action required or permitted by the provisions of sections376.960 to 376.989 shall be the basis of any legal action, criminal orcivil liability or penalty against the pool, the pool administrator, theboard or any of its members, or pool employees, contractors, orconsultants, or any of its members.
