Certificate of contribution, when issued.
376.738. The association shall issue to each insurer payingan assessment under the provisions of sections 376.715 to376.758, other than class A assessment, a certificate ofcontribution, in a form prescribed by the director, for theamount of the assessment so paid. All outstanding certificatesshall be of equal dignity and priority without reference toamounts or dates of issue. A certificate of contribution issuedbefore September 1, 1991, may be shown by the insurer in itsfinancial statement as an asset in such form and for such amount,if any, and period of time as the director may approve, providedthat a certificate issued before September 1, 1991, shall not beshown as an admitted asset for a longer period of time or greateramount than that described in subdivisions (1) to (4) ofsubsection 2 of section 375.774, RSMo.
