Advance practice nurse, claims for service to be reimbursed, when.
376.407. Any health insurer, as defined in section 376.806, nonprofithealth service plan or health maintenance organization shall reimburse aclaim for services provided by an advance practice nurse, as defined insection 335.016, RSMo, if such services are within the scope of practice ofsuch nurse.
