Investment of surplus and reserve funds by foreign companies.
376.310. Any life insurance company organized under the lawsof another state, and admitted to do business in the state ofMissouri, shall have power to invest its capital, reserve andsurplus funds in the same manner, to the same extent and in thesame investments as are permitted to domestic life insurancecompanies organized under the laws of this state; provided, thatnothing herein contained shall be so construed as to prohibit anysuch foreign company from investing its capital, reserve andsurplus funds as permitted by its charter and the laws of itsdomiciliary state.
