Incorporation of mutual holding company, authority, approval.
376.1315. Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary,a mutual holding company organized pursuant to section 376.1300 shall beincorporated pursuant to this chapter. The articles of incorporation and anyamendments to such articles of the mutual holding company shall be subject toapproval of the director of the department of insurance, financialinstitutions and professional registration and the attorney general in thesame manner as those of a mutual life insurance company.
