To furnish certificate of deposit, when.

376.130. When the corporators have fully complied with the requirementsof the preceding sections, and the laws of this state governing theorganization of private corporations, and said corporation has deposited withthe director of the department of insurance, financial institutions andprofessional registration the amount of notes, bonds and mortgages, or deedsof trust, required by sections 376.010 to 376.670, and shall have filed withthe director a certified copy of the certificate of incorporation issued bythe secretary of state, it shall be his duty to furnish the company acertificate of such deposit, and his certificate of authority for it tocommence the business proposed in its charter, which, with the certifiedcopies of the aforesaid declaration and certificates, on being filed andrecorded in the office of the recorder of the county in which the company isto be located, shall be its authority to commence business and issue policies;and such certified copies of the declarations, certificates and certificate ofdeposit may be used in evidence, for or against said company, with the sameeffect as the originals.
