Directors and officers of stock companies to report ownership.
375.422. Every person who is directly or indirectly the beneficial ownerof more than ten percent of any class of any equity security of any insurancecompany organized under the laws of this state and having capital stock, orwho is a director or an officer of such company, shall file in the office ofthe director of the department of insurance, financial institutions andprofessional registration of the state of Missouri on or before January 1,1966, or within ten days after he becomes such beneficial owner, director orofficer, a statement in such form as the director may prescribe, of the amountof all equity securities of such company of which he is the beneficial owner,and within ten days after the close of each calendar month thereafter, ifthere has been a change in such ownership during such month, any such personshall file in the office of the director a statement, in such form as thedirector may prescribe, indicating his ownership at the close of each suchcalendar month and such changes in his ownership as have occurred during suchcalendar month.
