Discharge of liquidator, when.
375.1225. When all assets justifying the expense ofcollection and distribution have been collected and distributedunder sections 375.1150 to 375.1246, the liquidator shall applyto the court for discharge. The court may grant the dischargeand make any other orders, including an order to transfer anyremaining funds that are uneconomical to distribute pursuant tosection 375.1224, as may be deemed appropriate. This sectionshall be applicable to proceedings instituted before and afterAugust 28, 1991.
