Application fee, reinsurance intermediary license--renewal.
375.1137. The initial application fee for a reinsuranceintermediary license is one hundred dollars. The license shallbe renewed annually on the anniversary date of issuance andcontinue in effect until refused, revoked or suspended by thedirector in accordance with sections 375.1110 to 375.1140, exceptthat if the annual renewal fee for the license is not paid on orbefore the anniversary date, the license terminates.
