367.190. In the event any lender fails, refuses, or neglectsto comply with the provisions of sections 367.100 to 367.200, orof any laws of the state of Missouri relating to consumer creditloans or assignment or sale of wages, or salaries or othercompensation, his or its certificate of registration for theplace of business at which the violation occurred, may besuspended or revoked by order of the director after a hearingbefore said director on any order to show cause why such order ofsuspension or revocation should not be entered specifying thegrounds therefor which shall be served on the particular lenderat least ten days prior to the hearing. Such action shall notaffect any rights or charter powers which any state bank, statetrust company or national banking association has by virtue ofany other law. Review may be had of any such order made andentered by the director in the manner provided by law.
