Bank officer concealing loans, misdemeanor--penalty.

362.337. Any officer, director, clerk or other employee ofany bank or trust company who intentionally conceals from thedirector of finance, the directors of such bank, or trustcompany, or from the committee to whom the directors havedelegated authority to pass on loans and discounts, any discountor loan made for and in behalf of said bank or trust company orthe purchase or sale of any note, bill of exchange or security,with intent to defraud such bank or trust company, shall beguilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished byimprisonment in the county jail for not exceeding one year, or bya fine of not less than fifty dollars nor more than one thousanddollars or by both such fine and imprisonment.
