Stay of suspension or prohibition, procedure.
361.266. Within ten days after any director, officer, orother person has been suspended from office, prohibited fromparticipation in the conduct of the affairs of a corporation, orboth, under subsection 3 of section 361.262, such director,officer, or other person may apply to the circuit court of thecounty in which the corporation is located or the circuit courtof Cole County, for a stay of such suspension or prohibitionpending the completion of the administrative proceedings pursuantto the notice served upon such director, officer, or other personunder subsection 1 or 2 of section 361.262, and such court shallhave jurisdiction to stay such suspension or prohibition.
