State banking board created.
361.092. There is hereby created a "State Banking Board" which shallhave such powers and duties as are conferred upon it by law. The statebanking board with all of its powers, duties, and functions is assigned bytype III transfer under the authority of the Omnibus State ReorganizationAct of 1974 and executive order 06-04 to the department of insurance,financial institutions and professional registration.
