Compensation and travel expenses, how paid.
361.090. Salaries of employees of the division of financeshall be paid out of the state treasury as provided by law. Theactual and necessary traveling and other divisional or officeexpenses of the director of finance, the deputy director offinance, the other assistants herein provided for, examiners andother appointees of the director of finance, provided by law,shall be paid out of the state treasury as provided by law.
