Authority to serve as administrator for issuance--commissioner ofeducation and state treasurer's authority.
360.112. The authority shall serve as administrator for any issuancepursuant to sections 360.111 to 360.118. The authority, the commissioner ofeducation and the state treasurer shall be authorized to take all actions withregard to a school district or public community college which has a directdeposit agreement under sections 360.111 to 360.118 as such persons areauthorized to take such actions with respect to a participating district undersubsection 6 of section 360.106.
