355.181. 1. The articles or bylaws may establish criteriaor procedures for admission of members. No person shall beadmitted as a member without his or her consent.
2. A corporation is not required to have members.
3. Except as provided in its articles or bylaws, acorporation may admit members for no consideration or for suchconsideration as is determined by the board.
