Articles of incorporation, required information and contents.
354.040. In addition to the contents required or permittedby chapter 355, RSMo, the articles of incorporation of a healthservices corporation shall comply with the following:
(1) The name of the corporation shall not include the words"insurance", "casualty", "surety", "mutual", or any other wordsdescriptive of the insurance, casualty or surety business;
(2) The corporate name of any corporation to be formed undersections 354.010 to 354.380 shall not be the same as, ordeceptively similar to, the name of any other corporationauthorized to do business in this state;
(3) The statement of purposes shall be in conformity withthe provisions of sections 354.010 to 354.380;
(4) Any such corporation organized prior to September 28,1973, whose existing articles of incorporation shall not be insubstantial conformity with sections 354.010 to 354.380, shalladopt and file, as provided in sections 354.010 to 354.380, suchamendments to its articles as are necessary to effect substantialcompliance with sections 354.010 to 354.380.
