Issuance of refunding obligations--terms, how determined.
348.145. The authority may provide for the issuance ofrefunding obligations for the purpose of refunding anyobligations then outstanding which have been issued under theprovisions of sections 348.005 to 348.180, including the paymentof any redemption premium thereon and any interest accrued or toaccrue to the date of redemption of such obligations and for anycorporate purpose of the authority. The issuance of suchobligations, the maturities and other details thereof, the rightsof the holders thereof, and the rights, duties, and obligationsof the authority in respect to the same shall be governed by theprovisions of sections 348.005 to 348.180 which relate to theissuance of obligations, insofar as such provisions may beappropriate therefor.
