Addresses and changes of addresses, procedure--duties of notification.
339.529. 1. Each state-certified real estate appraiser andstate-licensed real estate appraiser shall advise the commission of theaddress of his or her principal place of residence, business and all otheraddresses at which he or she is currently engaged in the business of preparingreal property appraisal reports.
2. Whenever a state-certified real estate appraiser or state-licensedreal estate appraiser changes the location of his or her place of business, heor she shall amend the certificate or license issued by the commission toreflect the change and shall give written notification of the change to thecommission within thirty working days of the change.
3. Whenever a state-certified real estate appraiser or state-licensedreal estate appraiser changes the location of his or her residence, he or sheshall notify the commission of the new residence address within thirty workingdays of the change.
