Revocation and restoration of license--conditions.
338.067. 1. In any order of revocation, the board mayprovide that the person may not apply for reinstatement of hislicense for a period of time ranging from two to seven yearsfollowing the date of the order of revocation. All stay ordersshall toll this time period.
2. Before restoring to good standing a license, certificateor permit issued under sections 338.010 to 338.315 which hasbeen in a revoked, suspended or inactive state for any cause formore than two years, the board may require the applicant toattend such continuing pharmaceutical education courses and passsuch examinations as the board may direct.
