Eligibility for loan.
335.227. An eligible student may apply to the departmentfor financial assistance under the provisions of sections335.212 to 335.242 if, at the time of his application for aloan, the eligible student has formally applied for acceptanceat a participating school. Receipt of financial assistance iscontingent upon acceptance and continued enrollment at aparticipating school.
