334.745. 1. All fees payable pursuant to the provisions of sections334.735 to 334.748 shall be collected by the division of professionalregistration, which shall transmit them to the department of revenue fordeposit in the state treasury to the credit of the board of registrationfor the healing arts fund.
2. Upon appropriation by the general assembly, the money in the fundshall be used to administer the provisions of sections 334.735 to 334.749.
