Missouri license not required, when.
331.115. A chiropractic physician licensed outside of this stateshall not be required to obtain a Missouri license when:
(1) In consultation as a result of transmission of individual patientdata by electronic or other means from within this state to an out-of-statelicensed chiropractor with a chiropractor licensed to practice in thisstate, so long as a chiropractor licensed in this state retains ultimateauthority and responsibility for the diagnosis or treatment in the care ofthe patient located within this state; or
(2) Evaluating a patient or rendering an oral or written chiropracticopinion, in connection with providing testimony or reviewing records forthe purpose of any civil, criminal, or administrative proceeding in thisstate.
