Licensure as landscape architect required to use title--limitationsas to practice.
327.629. No person shall practice as a landscape architect inMissouri as defined in section 327.600 unless and until the board hasissued to him or her a license certifying that he or she has been dulylicensed as a landscape architect in Missouri, and unless such licensurehas been renewed as provided in section 327.621; provided, however, thatnothing in sections 327.600 to 327.635 shall be construed as authorizing alandscape architect to engage in the practice of architecture, engineering,land surveying or to affect or prevent the practice of architecture by anarchitect licensed pursuant to the laws of this state, or to affect orprevent the practice of engineering by a professional engineer licensedpursuant to the laws of this state, or to affect or prevent the practice ofland surveying by a land surveyor licensed pursuant to the laws of thisstate; or to apply to any person licensed as an architect, professionalengineer or land surveyor in this state except that no person shall holdthemselves out to be a landscape architect unless licensed pursuant to theprovisions of sections 327.600 to 327.635.
