327.621. 1. The professional license issued to every landscapearchitect in Missouri, and certificates of authority issued to corporationsunder section 327.401, shall be renewed on or before the license renewaldate, provided that the required fee is paid. The board may establish, byrule, continuing education requirements as a condition to renewing thelicense of a landscape architect, provided that the board shall not requiremore than thirty such hours. The license of a landscape architect or thecertificate of authority issued to any corporation which is not renewedwithin three months of the renewal date shall be suspended automatically,subject to the right of the holder thereof to have such suspended licensereinstated within nine months of the date of suspension, if thereinstatement fee is paid. Any license or certificate of authoritysuspended and not reinstated within nine months of the suspension dateshall expire and be void and the holder thereof shall have no rights orprivileges thereunder; provided, however, any person or corporation whoselicense has expired under this section may within the discretion of theboard, upon payment of the fee, be relicensed or reauthorized under suchperson's or such corporation's original license number.
2. Each application for the renewal of a license shall be on a formfurnished to the applicant and shall be accompanied by the required fee,but no renewal fee need be paid by any landscape architect over the age ofseventy-five.
