Advertisement requirements.
324.621. 1. Every advertisement by a licensee soliciting oradvertising business shall contain the licensee's name and address as theyappear in the records of the board.
2. A licensee shall not advertise or conduct business from anyaddress in this state other than that shown on the records of the board asthe licensee's principal place of business unless the licensee has receiveda branch office certificate for such location after compliance with theprovisions of sections 324.600 to 324.635 and such additional requirementsnecessary for the protection of the public as the board may prescribe byregulation. A licensee shall notify the board in writing within ten daysafter closing or changing the location of a branch office.
