Prohibited acts.
324.618. No licensee or officer, director, partner, associate, oremployee of the licensee shall:
(1) Knowingly make any false report to his or her employer or clientfor whom information was being obtained;
(2) Cause any written report to be submitted to a client except bythe licensee and the person submitting the report shall exercise diligencein ascertaining whether or not the facts and information in such report aretrue and correct;
(3) Use a title, wear a uniform, use an insignia or identificationcard, or make any statement with the intent to give an impression that suchperson is connected in any way with the federal or state government or anypolitical subdivision of the federal or state government;
(4) Appear as an assignee party in any proceeding involving claim anddelivery, replevin or other possessory action, action to foreclose achattel mortgage, mechanic's lien, materialman's lien, or any other lien;
(5) Manufacture false evidence;
(6) Allow anyone other than the individual licensed by the state toconduct an investigation; or
(7) Assign or transfer a license issued pursuant to sections 324.600to 324.635.
