Authority of division.
324.220. The division shall:
(1) Employ, within the funds appropriated, such employees as arenecessary to carry out the provisions of sections 324.200 to 324.225; and
(2) Exercise all budgeting, purchasing, reporting and other relatedmanagement functions.
