Advertising requirements.
324.1132. Every advertisement by a licensee soliciting or advertisingbusiness shall contain the licensee's name, city, and state as it appearsin the records of the board of private investigator examiners. Noindividual or business can advertise as a private investigator, privatedetective, or private investigator agency without including their stateprivate investigator or private investigator agency license number in theadvertisement. A licensee shall not advertise or conduct business from anyMissouri address other than that shown on the records of the board as thelicensee's principal place of business unless the licensee has received anadditional agency license for such location after compliance with theprovisions of sections 324.1100 to 324.1148 and such additionalrequirements necessary for the protection of the public as the board mayprescribe by regulation. A licensee shall notify the board in writingwithin ten days after closing or changing the location of a branch office.The fee for the additional license shall be one-half the cost of the feefor the agency's original license.
