Sales and use tax must be paid to obtain license--statement required.
311.665. Before any license is issued or renewed under the provisionsof this chapter, the supervisor of liquor control shall require a statementfrom the director of revenue that the applicant has paid all sales and usetaxes due, including all penalties and interest or does not owe any salesor use tax.
