Violation of wholesale price regulations, misdemeanor--suspension oflicense.
311.338. Alleged violations of sections 311.332, 311.333, and 311.335shall be reported to the supervisor of alcohol and tobacco control. Anyperson violating any provisions of sections 311.332 , 311.333, and 311.335shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and it shall be the duty of thesupervisor of alcohol and tobacco control to suspend or revoke the licenseof any wholesaler violating any of the provisions of sections 311.332 ,311.333, and 311.335.
