Other vehicles--how lighted--violation, penalty.
307.115. 1. All vehicles, including agricultural machinery orimplements, road machinery, road rollers, traction engines and farmtractors not in this chapter specifically required to be equipped withlamps, shall be equipped during the times when lighted lamps are requiredwith at least one lighted lamp or lantern exhibiting a white light visiblefrom a distance of five hundred feet to the front of such vehicle and witha lamp or lantern exhibiting a red light visible from a distance of fivehundred feet to the rear, and such lamps and lanterns shall exhibit lightsto the sides of such vehicle.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 307.120, violation ofthis section shall be deemed an infraction.
