Limitation on total of lamps lighted at one time--violation, penalty.
307.105. 1. At the times when lighted lamps are required, at leasttwo lighted lamps shall be displayed, one on each side of the front ofevery motor vehicle except a motorcycle and except a motor-drawn vehicleexcept when such vehicle is parked subject to the provisions governinglights on parked vehicles. Whenever a motor vehicle equipped withheadlamps as in this chapter required is also equipped with any auxiliarylamps or a spotlamp or any other lamp on the front thereof projecting abeam of an intensity greater than three hundred candlepower, not more thana total of four of any such lamps on the front of a vehicle shall belighted at any one time when upon a highway.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 307.120, violation ofthis section is an infraction.
