307.060. 1. Except as hereinafter provided, the headlamps or theauxiliary driving lamp or the auxiliary passing lamp or combination thereofon motor vehicles other than motorcycles or motor driven cycles shall be soarranged that the driver may select at will between distributions of lightprojected to different elevations and such lamps may, in addition, be soarranged that such selection can be made automatically, subject to thefollowing limitations:
(1) There shall be an uppermost distribution of light, or compositebeam, so aimed and of such intensity as to reveal persons and vehicles at adistance of at least three hundred and fifty feet ahead for all conditionsof loading.
(2) There shall be a lowermost distribution of light, or compositebeam so aimed and of sufficient intensity to reveal persons and vehicles ata distance of at least one hundred feet ahead; and on a straight level roadunder any condition of loading none of the high-intensity portion of thebeam shall be directed to strike the eyes of an approaching driver.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 307.120, violation ofthis section shall be deemed an infraction.
