Definitions.
306.250. As used in sections 306.250 to 306.290 thefollowing words mean:
(1) "Boats", any vessel or watercraft moved by oars,paddles, sails, or other power mechanism, inboard or outboard, orany other vessel or structure floating upon the water whether ornot capable of self-locomotion, including but not limited tohouseboats, barges and similar floating objects;
(2) "Marine toilets", any toilet on or within any boat.
