State water patrol authorized to employ personnel.
306.161. The Missouri state water patrol is authorized to employ,within the limits of appropriations and notwithstanding any other provisionof law to the contrary, such personnel as may be necessary to properlyperform the duties of the water patrol, and the water patrol shallprescribe the duties and responsibilities of such personnel.
