Liability of aircraft owner determined by tort law.
305.040. The liability of the owner of one aircraft, to theowner of another aircraft, or to aeronauts or passengers oneither aircraft, for damage caused by collision on land or in theair shall be determined by the rules of law applicable to tortson land.
