Judgments deemed satisfied, when.
303.120. 1. Judgments herein referred to shall, for thepurpose of this chapter only, be deemed satisfied:
(1) When twenty-five thousand dollars has been credited uponany judgment or judgments rendered in excess of that amountbecause of bodily injury to or death of one person as the resultof any one accident; or
(2) When, subject to such limit of twenty-five thousanddollars because of bodily injury to or death of one person, thesum of fifty thousand dollars has been credited upon any judgmentor judgments rendered in excess of that amount because of bodilyinjury to or death of two or more persons as the result of anyone accident; or
(3) When ten thousand dollars has been credited upon anyjudgment or judgments rendered in excess of that amount becauseof injury to or destruction of property of others as a result ofany one accident.
2. Payments made in settlement of any claims because ofbodily injury, death or property damage arising from a motorvehicle accident shall be credited in reduction of the amountsprovided for in this section.
