Applications for license, accident reports and court convictionsto be filed, how.
302.120. 1. The director of revenue shall file everyapplication for a license received by him and shall maintainsuitable indices containing, in alphabetical order:
(1) All applications denied and on each thereof note thereasons for such denial;
(2) All applications granted; and
(3) The name of every licensee whose license has beensuspended, revoked or disqualified by the director of revenue andafter each such name note the reasons for such action.
2. The director of revenue shall also file all accidentreports and abstracts of court records of convictions, as definedin sections 302.010 and 302.700, received by him under the lawsof this state and in connection therewith maintain convenientrecords or make suitable notations in order that an individualrecord of each licensee showing the convictions of such licenseeand the traffic accidents in which he has been involved shall bereadily ascertainable and available for the consideration of thedirector upon any application for renewal of license and at othersuitable times.
