301.090. Registration fees--collection and deposit.

Registration fees--collection and deposit.

301.090. All fees for the registration of motor vehicles,trailers, certificates of title and motorcycles provided forherein shall be collected by the director of revenue anddeposited with the state treasurer to the credit of the statehighway department fund.
