Selection of party representatives.
295.140. Representatives for the purposes of this chaptershall be designated by the respective parties withoutinterference, influence or coercion by either party over thedesignation of representatives by the other. Representatives ofemployees for the purpose of this chapter need not be persons inthe employ of the utility.
