Employer to provide protection to employees from diseases.
292.300. That every employer of labor in this state engagedin carrying on any work, trade or process which may produce anyillness or disease peculiar to the work or process carried on, orwhich subjects the employee to the danger of illness or diseaseincident to such work, trade or process, to which employees areexposed, shall for the protection of all employees engaged insuch work, trade or process, adopt and provide approved andeffective devices, means or methods for the prevention of suchindustrial or occupational diseases as are incident to such work,trade or process.
