Doors to open outward, not to be bolted, when.
292.070. In all such establishments the main doors, bothinside and outside, shall open outwardly, when the director, inwriting, so directs; and no outside or inside door of anybuilding wherein labor is employed shall be so locked, bolted orotherwise fastened during the hours of labor as to preventegress.
