State to comply with minimum standards prescribed by federal law.
288.390. If the Federal Unemployment Tax Act, the FederalSocial Security Act or other related federal laws are amended toprovide minimum standards for the payment of unemploymentbenefits, such standards shall become a part of this law to theextent necessary to entitle employers subject to this law toclaim the maximum allowable credit against the federalunemployment tax. The provisions of this section shall beimplemented by regulation by the division.
