Annual report.
288.260. The director shall prepare a report for the director of thedepartment of labor and industrial relations and the report shall besubmitted by the director of the department of labor and industrialrelations to the governor and to the commission no later than the fifteenthday of December of each year. The report shall cover the administrationand operation of this law during the preceding fiscal year ending Junethirtieth and shall make such recommendations for amendments to this law asthe director of the department of labor and industrial relations deemsproper.
