Employer to provide notice of ineligibility for unemployment benefits,when.
288.041. Individuals whose services are not defined as employmentpursuant to subsection 8 of section 288.034 or whose services are excludedfrom the term "employment" in subdivision (1) or (2) of subsection 9 ofsection 288.034 shall be provided a written notice by the employing unitthat wages earned by the individual for services performed for thisemploying unit will not be used to determine insured worker status forunemployment benefits. Such notice shall be provided to each individual:
(1) At the time of initial employment, for all initial employmentsoccurring on or after August 28, 1999;
(2) Upon the change in status of the employing unit's liabilitypursuant to this chapter;
(3) For all individuals employed by such employing unit as of August28, 1999, within thirty days of August 28, 1999.
