Director, report of expenditures.
287.713. The director of the division of workers'compensation shall make and submit to the governor, on or beforethe first day of February, in each year, a report on theexpenditures made from the second injury fund in each of the fourcategories of liability for the calendar year next preceding andshall make and prepare, as is required, budget requests forpayments from the second injury fund.
