276.546. Nothing in sections 276.401 to 276.581 shall beconstrued to imply any guarantee or obligation on the part of thestate of Missouri, or any of its agencies, employees, orofficials, either elective or appointive, in respect of anyagreement or undertaking to which the provisions of sections276.401 to 276.581 relate.
