Dog tax, when due.
273.050. No dog shall be permitted to be and remain withinthe limits of the state unless the owner thereof, or someone forsaid owner, shall have caused such dog to be listed and the taximposed by sections 273.040 to 273.180 to be paid on or beforethe first day of February of each year hereafter.
