267.723. The department is empowered to make and promulgateall reasonable rules and regulations necessary for theeradication of scabies in sheep, goats and cattle and toeffectively carry out the provisions of sections 267.670 to267.730, pursuant to the provisions of section 267.122 andchapter 536, RSMo.
